1. Liability

Please note that Binómioceânico – Unipessoal, Lda. cannot be held responsible for any personal or third-party injuries resulting from the improper behavior of passengers or disrespect for the skipper's instructions while on board. Binómioceânico – Unipessoal, Lda. reserves the right to cancel any service if a passenger refuses to follow the skipper's instructions or exhibits inappropriate behavior that could endanger themselves or other passengers. Prior to boarding, customers must inform the skipper of any physical or medical conditions that may affect their ability to board as a passenger on a sailing yacht, and whether they are not able to swim. If a passenger is unable to swim, they must wear a life jacket from departure until arrival at the dock, in the interest of the safety and well-being of all passengers on board.

2. Equipment

Customers are required to respect the yacht and its equipment, keep it clean and tidy, and refrain from littering during the trip. If customers do not comply with the skipper's instructions, and as a result, a professional cleaning service is required, customers will be responsible for paying the cleaning fee before leaving the yacht (300€). Customers are responsible for any damage caused by them and will be held liable for the cost of repairs or replacements. Additionally, customers will be held responsible for any damages caused by them to the yacht or its equipment during the trip and will be expected to pay for the cost of repairs or replacements in a timely manner upon receiving the invoice from Binómioceânico – Unipessoal, Lda.

3. Dispute

In the event of any disputes arising from the services provided by Binómioceânico – Unipessoal, Lda., customers agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through direct communication with the company. If the matter cannot be resolved in this way, customers agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Lisbon. Any disputes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Centro de Arbitragem de Conflitos de Consumo de Lisboa:
